Job summary

CSC Management is seeking a Community Director in Georgetown, TX to manage a multi-family property and oversee rehab projects, leasing, and operations. You will lead onsite staff, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and TX codes, and drive occupancy and property value through strong budgeting and vendor coordination.

You will train staff, supervise maintenance, review financials, and uphold safety and resident satisfaction while coordinating with corporate for reporting and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience managing apartment properties.
• 2+ years managing property teams (maintenance + support staff).
• Spanish speaker preferred.
• Evidence of leadership qualities within the region, the company and/or the industry.
• B.S. in Business, Real Estate, or equivalent, preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Online Databases like Entrata and Bluemoon.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Asset Manager in the creation of operational budgets.
• Manage the property to perform in line with the established budget guidelines throughout the year.
• Ensure that all rents are collected when due and posted in a timely manner.
• Perform evictions, utility cut-offs and landlord liens as required on delinquent rents.
• Lease vacant units by communicating with leads, giving tours, and advertising the property with creative marketing techniques.
