Dietz Property Group is seeking a full-time Community Director in Bexley, OH to lead a residential multifamily property. You will drive staff performance, tenant relations and day-to-day property operations to maximize performance.

The role involves leasing, showings, rent collection, and coordinating with vendors. A Monday–Friday schedule (9am–6pm) applies, with a strong emphasis on guest experience and community quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leasing experience with at least 1 year in property management leadership.
• Strong leadership ability to manage a staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to provide excellent customer service and property management.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
