Job summary

IWG plc in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate to join our on-site center. The 20-hour work week focuses on delivering friendly support to customers, handling bookings, directions, wifi changes, and general center operations.

You will manage inquiries, assist customers, process invoices, help plan events, and maintain a productive workspace. A minimum of 1 year in customer service, strong communication, and basic IT skills (MS Office) are preferred.
