The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and ability to build professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the center with inquiries, Wi-Fi, packages, and directions.
• Coordinate setup of meeting rooms and AV equipment for events and meetings.
• Process invoices, manage tickets in the system, and help maintain center organization.
