Job summary

Regus Management Group, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate to support our San Jose center. You will help customers, manage daily operations, and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and hands-on support for center needs, including coordinating events and answering inquiries, with a 20-hour week schedule and 8:30am–12:30pm shifts on-site. Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent service.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day inquiries and service requests.
• Set up projectors, Wi-Fi, and meeting room directions.
• Process invoices and track service charges for centers.
• Maintain center cleanliness and organize events and notices.
