Superior Tire & Rubber Corp. is seeking a Part-Time CNC Machinist to setup and operate CNC lathes and/or mills, producing both new and established parts to defined specs and quality standards.

The role requires independent setup, tooling management, and program handling, with strict attention to detail. The position supports production, maintains records, and ensures safe, efficient operation within the assigned work cell.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CNC lathes and mills preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or mills to produce parts per specifications.
• Perform machine setups, manage tooling, upload/download CNC programs.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional conformity and quality.
• Maintain accurate production records and support the work cell.
