Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.

• Strong reading, writing and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises.
• Prepare meals per client diet and preferences.
• Provide companionship and activities.
• Light housekeeping and charting as needed.
• Follow EVV time sheets and plan of care tasks.
• Report changes in client's condition promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy.
• Notify supervisor of abuse or unsafe environments.
