Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in our Greenville, NC location. The position is 3 days per week, 12n–5pm, with excellent pay and benefits.

You will coordinate patient care tasks and ensure smooth scheduling across clients and caregivers. The ideal candidate holds a valid DFS CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and physical abilities.

Qualifications

• Maintain DFS CNA certification.
• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Effective reading, writing and following directions.
• Physical tasks including lifting and mobility support.
• Sympathetic, patient-centered care attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned in home setting.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support transfers, repositioning and ambulation as needed.
• Deliver basic nursing tasks under supervision.
• Prepare meals considering dietary needs.
• Maintain patient records and document changes per plan.
