Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work part-time as a Home Care Staffing Coordinator in Greenville. The role involves direct patient care in patients' homes, with three shifts per week from 12:00 to 17:00.

You will maintain patient records, report changes in condition, and collaborate with the care team to ensure compassionate, quality home health services. High school diploma or GED preferred; DFS certification must be kept current.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to include ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks necessary to treat clients who may include lifting, bending and standing.
• Must have sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care (bath, shave, hair care, mouth care, and other daily living tasks).
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by supervisors.
• Prepare meals with client preferences and special diets as directed.
• Provide companionship and activities matching client needs.
• Light housekeeping duties.
• Maintain complete and accurate records required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client's condition.
• Complete tasks in EVV app or timesheet as needed.
• Demonstrate dependability by punctual reporting.
• Adapt to client and family value systems.
• Assist in promoting client independence.
• Perform other duties according to the care plan.
