Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to work part-time as a Staffing Coordinator in our Greenville location. The role is 3 days a week, 12n–5pm, with excellent pay and benefits offered.

The CNA will provide direct patient care in home settings, assist with transfers, and maintain records per agency policy. Strong communication and compassionate care are essential, with adherence to Plan of Care and EVV tasks.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed.
• Prepare meals with client dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and activities.
• Light housekeeping as assigned.
• Maintain complete and accurate records as required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client's condition.
• Complete EVV tasks as per plan and timesheet requirements.
• Demonstrate dependability by punctual reporting.
• Follow Plan of Care and never administer medications.
