Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services in Greenville, NC is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in our home care setting. The position offers three days per week, 12n–5pm, with excellent pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, assisting with transfers and daily living activities, maintaining records, and following the Plan of Care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by supervising professionals.
• Maintain complete and accurate records required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client's condition.
• Follow Plan of Care and EVV time sheets as needed.
