Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to work part-time as a Staffing Coordinator in our Greenville location. The role runs three days per week from 12:00 to 17:00, with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will provide direct patient care in clients' homes, follow the plan of care, maintain records, and document changes in condition. EVV tasks and confidentiality are essential responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision.
• Prepare meals per diet directions.
• Provide companionship and activities.
• Light housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Maintain complete and accurate records as required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client s condition.
• Complete EVV time sheet tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate dependability by punctuality.
• Adapt to client and family value systems.
• Assist in promoting client independence.
• Follow the care plan and policies.
