Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Greenville team in a part-time Staffing Coordinator role. The position is 3 days per week from 12n to 5pm, with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will provide direct patient care in home settings, perform personal hygiene tasks, assist with transfers, and support planned care under supervision. This role requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to work well with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to include ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks necessary to treat clients who may include lifting, bending and standing.
• Must have sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision.
• Prepare meals with consideration of client preferences.
• Provide companionship and activities.
• Light housekeeping as assigned.
• Maintain records and report changes as required.
• Complete tasks in EVV app or time sheet as needed.
• Demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Adapt to client and family value systems.
• Assist in promoting independence within client abilities.
