Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in Greenville. The position runs 3 days per week, 12n–5pm, with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will provide in-home care, assist with transfers, hygiene, and daily living activities while adhering to the Plan of Care and EVV requirements. Responsibilities include documenting care, maintaining records, and collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must maintain DFS certification.
• Effective communication skills including reading and writing.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting.
• Empathetic attitude toward care of the sick.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene care and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and diets.
• Light housekeeping and ensuring a clean living environment.
• Maintain complete and accurate records; report changes.
• Follow the Plan of Care and EVV task documentation.
• Demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
