Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in our Greenville location. The position offers a 3 days per week schedule from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support the care team in home care settings while maintaining patient confidentiality and following the Plan of Care.

Qualifications

• Must have DFS certification.
• Must be able to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing.
• Must have sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision.
• Record and report changes in patient condition.
• Complete tasks per Plan of Care and EVV requirements.
