Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role at our Greenville location. The position involves 3 days per week, 12n–5pm, with excellent pay and benefits.

Duties cover home care patient support, direct care, and adherence to care plans in clients' residences. The ideal candidate will hold an active CNA certification, high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate empathy, reliability, and strong

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills including reading, writing and following directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks necessary to treat clients who may include lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, shaving, hair care, mouth care.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as directed by supervising clinicians.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and special diets.
• Provide companionship and activities based on client needs.
• Light housekeeping as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records per agency requirements.
• Record and report changes in client condition.
• Complete EVV tasks on Plan or time sheet as needed.
• Demonstrate dependability by punctual reporting.
• Adapt to client and family value systems.
• Assist in promoting client independence within abilities.
• Perform other duties as per care plan.
• Follow Plan of Care and notify agency with questions or concerns.
