Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable CNA for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role at our Greenville location. The position offers 3 days per week, 12n–5pm, with excellent pay and benefits. The CNA delivers home care in patients' residences, performing essential daily tasks and supportive care.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, transfers, hygiene, and documentation. Training on EVV time sheets and Plan of Care adherence is expected, with a compassionate, team-oriented

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; DFS certification preferred or required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.
• Effective communication and compassionate patient care.
• Physical ability to assist with transfers and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned in home care settings.
• Assist with personal hygiene, transfers, and daily living tasks.
• Support prescribed exercises and agreed care plans.
• Maintain records and report changes in patient condition.
• Adhere to privacy, safety, and plan of care requirements.
