Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to work part-time as a Staffing Coordinator in our Greenville location. The role focuses on providing direct patient care in home settings, with duties aligned to the Plan of Care and EVV timesheets.

Responsibilities include personal hygiene assistance, transfers and mobility support, basic nursing tasks under supervision, meal preparation with dietary considerations, companionship, light housekeeping, and accurate

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks necessary to treat clients who may include lifting, bending and standing.
• Must have sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming and oral care.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision and prescribed exercises.
• Prepare meals with consideration of client preferences and special diets.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to client needs.
• Light housekeeping as directed and proper documentation of care.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in condition per plan of care.
