Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in Greenville. The position runs three days a week from 12:00 to 5:00 PM, with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will provide direct patient care in patients' homes, assist with transfers, meals, and activities, and maintain proper documentation and confidentiality. Knowledge of EVV and adherence to the Plan of Care are required.

Qualifications

• Maintains DFS certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong reading, writing and comprehension skills.
• Ability to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Sympathetic attitude toward caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises.
• Prepare meals considering client dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and activities.
• Light housekeeping as assigned.
• Maintain complete records required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client condition.
• Follow EVV time reporting and Plan of Care.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Never administer medications.
