Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to fill a part-time Staffing Coordinator position at our Greenville location.

The role focuses on direct patient care, care coordination, and adherence to plans of care, with EVV timekeeping and documentation required. Ideal candidates are reliable, able to lift and assist with transfers, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• Maintain DFS certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with methods of transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene care and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals with consideration of client dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and activities according to client needs.
• Maintain records and report changes in client condition.
• Complete EVV tasks and time sheets as required.
• Follow Plan of Care and uphold patient confidentiality.
