Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services in Greenville is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work part-time as a Staffing Coordinator (3 days a week, 12n–5pm). The CNA will provide home care services at patients' residences and coordinate care through the EVV system.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, personal hygiene, transfers, meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and meticulous record keeping.

Qualifications

• Maintain DFS certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Help with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and diets.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to the client.
• Light housekeeping and record-keeping.
• Report changes in client condition and complete EVV tasks as needed.
• Follow Plan of Care and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Notify if abuse, neglect, or privacy violations are suspected.
