Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and deliver high-quality care to residents in a warm, home-like environment.

Full-time 3rd shift 11:00PM - 7:00AM. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, document care, and provide emotional support while maintaining dignity and respect for each resident's needs.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
