Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high-quality care in a warm, home-like environment. You will assist residents with daily living tasks, monitor health, and communicate changes to the care team.

Shifts are 3:00pm–11:00pm and 11:00pm–7:00am, Tuesday to Saturday, with opportunities to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives. A valid CNA license is required; prior dementia experience is valued but not required. Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health/behavior changes to the care team.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nurse Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Shifts: 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm-7:00am

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
