Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment. Part-time shifts are available: 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am, supporting daily living activities and emotional well-being.

Valid CNA license required; prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred. Experience with dementia is a plus, and duties include documentation and resident support.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
