Job summary

Presidential Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care to residents in alignment with individualized care plans. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure safety and comfort under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per residents' care plans.
• Identify residents before procedures and document accurately.
• Report changes in condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort.
• Maintain clean and safe environment and protect resident information.
• Record and monitor intake, hydration, and nutrition as directed.
