Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services according to care plans.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility as needed.
• Greet residents, escort to rooms, and introduce them to roommates and staff.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Follow policies on exposure to blood and body fluids and infection control.
