Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant as per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report all changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain resident comfort and safety, addressing needs during shifts.
• Follow policies to protect resident privacy and confidential information.
• Assist with daily activities and transfers, ensuring proper body mechanics.
