Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily resident care in our post-acute facilities. You will deliver routine nursing services, assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, and document care per policy.

You must be able to work closely with nursing staff, maintain resident dignity, and follow safety and privacy standards. Training and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in the state(s) where posted.
• Ability to read, analyze, and follow care plans and policies.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents per assessment and care plan.
• Record and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Ensure safe transfer, positioning, and transporting of residents.
