PACS Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and assessments. The role requires identifying residents before treatments, maintaining accurate records, and following facility policies and procedures to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Responsibilities also include reporting changes in condition, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining a clean, safe environment while upholding patient confidentiality

Qualificações

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets, notes, or charts.
