Job summary

Palm Valley Post Acute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents per individualized care plans. You will identify residents before procedures, document care accurately, and report any changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

The role requires a valid CNA license and adherence to confidentiality policies. Daily tasks include assisting residents with activities of daily living, maintaining safe and comfortable rooms, and participating in shift

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before procedures using wristband/photo card.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
