Job summary

University Care Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with each resident's plan. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, and ensure accurate documentation and safe care throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include identifying residents before procedures, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, and maintaining a compassionate, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report disclosure violations.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo ID.
• Record entries accurately in flow sheets and charts.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
• Greet and orient residents to rooms and roommates.
• Prepare rooms and supplies for new and existing residents.
