Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents per care plans and supervisor directions.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes and charts.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and protect health information.
