Job summary

Rehabcentre is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care in a resident-focused environment. You will follow assessment plans and assist residents with meals, hygiene, and mobility, ensuring comfort and safety.

You will document care activities clearly and maintain a calm, respectful unit atmosphere throughout the shift. Responsibilities include identifying residents before procedures, reporting changes to supervisors promptly, and upholding privacy and HIPAA

Qualifications

• Must possess, at a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to present information to managers and employees.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband/photo card.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report violations.
• Assist residents with daily functions and mobility as trained.
