Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a facility setting. You will identify residents, assist with activities of daily living, document properly, and report changes to nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires a CNA license, and CPR certification is preferred. You will work under supervision to maintain a calm, safe, and compassionate environment for residents and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA license.
• 10th grade education minimum.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents as per care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristband/photo ID.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and protect PHI.
• Assist residents with daily activities and meals as needed.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of residents and work environment.
