Qualifications

• Minimum degree: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in customer service.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership options.
• Demonstrate products and manage CLUB booth responsibilities.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and handle applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely manner.
• Coach and support CLUB team members as needed.
• Maintain CLUB inventory accuracy and booth cleanliness.
