Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions for safety and accuracy, including drug interactions and dosing.
• Provide proactive phone-based patient counseling and document interactions.
• Collaborate with prescribers to clarify incomplete or inappropriate prescriptions.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee workflow per state regulations.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and participate in quality assurance activities.
