BlinkRx is seeking a licensed PharmD to join its closed-door fulfillment team. You will verify prescriptions with speed and accuracy, counsel patients by phone, and collaborate with prescribers to keep medications moving safely.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited college.
• Active Missouri Pharmacy License in good standing with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong command of English; bilingual Spanish preferred for patient counseling.
• Experience performing high-volume prescription verification with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions with speed and precision in a closed-door fulfillment environment.
• Provide proactive phone-based patient counseling and document interactions in the PM system.
• Collaborate with prescribers on therapeutic substitutions and formulary alternatives to reduce delays.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and quality standards and participate in QA activities.
