Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify new and refill prescriptions for safety and dosing accuracy.
• Counsel patients by phone; document interactions.
• Collaborate with prescribers to resolve incomplete or ambiguous orders.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure workflow quality.
• Maintain HIPAA, state/federal compliance and quality standards.
