You will verify prescriptions with speed and precision, provide proactive counseling to patients by phone or digital platforms, and collaborate with prescribers to keep medications moving safely.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
• Active State Board of Pharmacy license in good standing; multi-state licensure a plus.
• Strong English language skills; Spanish bilingual preferred for patient counseling.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions for therapeutic appropriateness, interactions, and dosing accuracy.
• Provide proactive outbound and inbound patient counseling via phone or digital channels.
• Collaborate with prescribers to clarify incomplete or unsafe orders and support substitutions when needed.
• Supervise technicians and ensure accurate data entry, processing, and fulfillment.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and proper handling of PHI in all workflows.
