BlinkRx Pharmacist role at Blink Health LLC is the clinical backbone of our closed-door facility. You will verify prescriptions with speed, provide proactive phone counseling, and collaborate with prescribers to keep medications moving safely and efficiently.

This full-time position requires PharmD, Missouri licensure, and strong English; bilingual Spanish is a plus for patient counseling. Expect high-volume workflow with state and federal compliance standards.

Qualifications

• PharmD from ACPE-accredited college.
• Active Missouri Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Strong command of English; bilingual Spanish preferred for counseling.
• Proven ability to perform high-volume prescription verification with accuracy.
• Technical aptitude to learn pharmacy management systems and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions for therapeutic appropriateness, interactions, contraindications, and dosing accuracy.
• Validate data entry by technicians and ensure transcription accuracy.
• Conduct pharmacist verification in closed-door fulfillment before shipment.
• Perform daily DUR to identify clinical flags before fulfillment.
• Oversee specialty medication handling including cold-chain verification.
• Provide proactive outbound counseling calls and handle inbound clinical inquiries.
• Document all patient interactions in the management system.
• Supervise technicians and ensure quality checks and coaching.
