Job summary

BlinkRx is seeking a Pharmacist to join our closed-door fulfillment team. You will verify prescriptions, counsel patients, and collaborate with prescribers to move medications efficiently while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a PharmD with active state licensure, strong English communication, and the ability to manage high-volume verification in a fast-paced setting. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• PharmD required with active license in good standing.
• Ability to perform high-volume prescription verification with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Experience in mail-order, specialty, retail, or closed-door fulfillment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and clinically verify new and refill prescriptions for safety and dosing accuracy.
• Validate data entry by pharmacy technicians and ensure accurate transfer records.
• Perform pharmacist verification prior to shipment in a closed-door setting.
• Conduct DUR to identify clinical flags before fulfillment.
• Supervise technicians and coach staff to maintain quality standards.
• Provide outbound counseling and respond to clinical patient inquiries.
• Communicate with prescribers for clarification and substitutions as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance across workflows.
