Blink Health is hiring a BlinkRx Pharmacist to verify prescriptions, counsel patients, and collaborate with prescribers in a high-throughput environment. You will supervise technicians and ensure accuracy across closed-door fulfillment, focusing on patient safety and access to medications.

The role emphasizes proactive counseling, bilingual support where possible, and adherence to HIPAA and state regulations in a fast-paced setting. Full-time, on-site hours with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing with your state Board; Idaho and Missouri licensures noted in posting.
• Strong command of English; bilingual Spanish preferred for counseling.
• Proven ability to perform high-volume prescription verification with accuracy.
• Strong tech aptitude to learn pharmacy management systems and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and clinically verify new and refill prescriptions for safety and dosing accuracy.
• Validate data entry by pharmacy technicians to ensure transcription accuracy.
• Verify filled prescriptions in a closed-door environment before shipment release.
• Conduct daily prospective drug utilization reviews (DUR) to resolve flags.
• Handle specialty meds with cold-chain verification and special handling.
• Provide proactive outbound patient counseling and handle inbound clinical calls.
