Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking a part-time Clinical Customer Service Representative to serve as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients, families, visitors and the health care team. This fast-paced role requires professional, friendly, and efficient performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months in healthcare or office setting, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn Johns Hopkins systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months in healthcare or office setting.
• Substantial interpersonal skills are needed to interact with patients, families and medical staff.
• Ability to learn and incorporate a variety of clinical and administrative automated systems and software into daily work duties.

Responsibilities
