Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking a Part Time/24 Hours/Days Clinical Customer Service Representative to serve as the central point of contact for patients, families, visitors and health care team members. The role requires professional, friendly performance and the ability to integrate with Nursing and Administrative staff to meet unit needs.

Applicants should have strong Microsoft Word skills, familiarity with automated systems, and a background in healthcare or office settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months in healthcare or office setting.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families and medical staff.
• Ability to build positive relationships following Johns Hopkins Customer Service standards.
• Proficiency with Word; presentation and spreadsheet software preferred.
• Ability to learn and incorporate clinical and administrative automated systems and software.
