Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine seeks a Clinical Customer Service Representative for a part-time weekend night shift (Sat-Sun, 7:00pm-7:30am) on the care unit. You will serve as the central point of contact for patients, families, visitors and the care team, delivering professional, friendly service.

The role requires at least 6 months in healthcare or an office setting and a High School Diploma or equivalent. You will work with information systems and support both nursing and administrative staff while

• Substantial interpersonal skills are needed to interact with patients, families and medical staff.
• Ability to initiate and build positive relationships following Johns Hopkins Customer Service standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, proficiency with presentation and spreadsheet software preferred.
• Ability to learn and incorporate a variety of clinical and administrative automated systems and software into daily work duties.

This is a fast-paced position that requires professional, friendly and efficient performance of the daily duties. The ideal candidate will possess the highest level of Customer Service skills, knowledge of information & computer systems, the ability to work and assist with Nursing staff & Administrative staff, all in the effort to meet the needs of the unit, department in accordance to Johns Hopkins Hospital policy and procedures.”

Salary Range:

Minimum 17.99/hour - Maximum 20.88/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
