Responsibilities

• Clinic Operations: Manage daily administrative tasks, optimize scheduling/workflows, maintain office inventory.
• Financial Management: Oversee client billing/invoicing, follow up on claims, track clinic expenses, daily bookkeeping (QuickBooks).
• Human Resources: Assist with onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and time-off requests.
• Compliance & Records: Ensure HIPAA-compliant procedures and maintain secure records in the EHR.
• Client Relations: Address billing inquiries, manage intake paperwork, build relationships with visitors.
