Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare-related studies.
• Master’s degree in business, leadership, or healthcare-related studies is preferred.
• Two years of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with patients, staff and providers.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Enforce policies on professionalism, punctuality and dress code.
• Oversee daily activities and coordinate with managers to address issues.
• Monitor time and attendance for adequate site coverage.
• Ensure exam rooms and work areas are organized, clean, and functional.
• Track supplies and coordinate site inspections and drills.
• Support compliance programs and provide site-specific coordination.
• Assist other NSHC sites as needed.
