One to One Health in Anderson, IN is seeking a Part-Time Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and supervise staff at the onsite employee health clinic. This role focuses on delivering an excellent environment and outstanding patient experience while supporting a growing company.

You will coordinate scheduling, timekeeping, EMR use, HIPAA compliance, and service improvements; train new team members; ensure facilities and equipment are well maintained; and collaborate with clinical leaders

Qualifications

• Highschool degree or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
• Two years of medical office experience
• Working knowledge of outpatient clinic workflow and scheduling
• Willing to travel between multiple sites
• BLS Certified
• Active LPN or RN License preferred
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a medical office, outpatient setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day staff scheduling, operations, and supervision of the assigned clinic.
• Ensure time sheets are accurate and approved before payroll deadlines.
• Ensure patient needs are met and monitor feedback; address complaints and service improvements.
• Monitor patient through-put, wait times and satisfaction; lead improvement projects.
• Coordinate clinical services including patient access, scheduling, EMR management and supply management.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Serve as on-site resource to support patients, staff and providers and train new team members.
• Maintain office facilities and equipment in good condition.
• Communicate issues to management promptly and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders on staff reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
