Zusammenfassung

Community Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to warmly welcome new clients and guide them through registration, ensuring forms are accurate and attendance rights explained. You will collect insurance information and verify coverage, while supporting operations across multiple locations.

You’ll work in a friendly, mission-driven nonprofit environment, with a negotiable 25-hour weekly schedule and opportunities to develop strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifikationen

• High-School diploma or GED
• At least 3 years’ experience in the customer service field
• Experience in data entry preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to respond professionally under pressure while completing different tasks
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage

• Ensure that registration materials are completed accurately
• Obtain clients’ insurance information and verify coverage with insurers
• Provide coverage support when needed at multiple locations
