California Bank & Trust is seeking a Part-time Client Service Associate (Teller) at the Escondido, CA branch. You will be the face of the branch, delivering personal service to clients while helping them navigate daily banking needs.

The role emphasizes building client connections and delivering tailored financial solutions in the community. The position requires a HS diploma and 0-1+ years in banking or customer service, with opportunities to cross-sell and grow within a collaborative,

Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-1+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
Working knowledge of math.
Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

Process debit and credit transactions accurately following policy and balancing requirements.
Assist clients with needs such as opening accounts, issuing checks, transfers, and loan payments.
Resolve client problems directly or via referrals to branch or bank resources.
Identify cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
May be reassigned to an alternate location within ~30 miles with notice.
Perform other duties as assigned.
